I was attempting to fix my camera today as my CMOS sensor had been affected lately. During my time exploring the Canon’s service center, I came across the super8! A really vintage device of the past! I could almost feel a sense of connection to it!

Conceptualize by Linda, founder of White Antler, The Skull Kitchen portrays a day in life for Linda which depicts the start to end process of handcrafting a Skull with a clever twist in a form of a cooking show.

When Linda shared her thoughts with me, I knew I had to capture some interesting process shots that would help make the whole film interesting. I wanted to highlight all the processes in a way that it would capture the audience attention and more importantly, to understand the passion and effort that was put into the making of the skull.

I really enjoyed producing and watching this video as it has reminded me to always operate out of passion in whatever you do and the results would show.

We have finally completed our shoot with the Glidetrack SD! Can’t wait to see it’s end results!

This production came about when I was approached by Mr Sabotage to document down this workshop with the objective of having this video for Nike’s Internal Communication. With that in mind, I wanted to capture the process of the workshop alongside with the emotion of the participants to bring out the story.

Throughout the shoot, we found many interesting elements in the office which was used to establish the location and the overall mood. As the energy of the day was really positive, it wasn’t hard for me to capture the strong team bonding spirit of the participants which really breath life into the video!

I am really happy with how this video turn out especially after finding the right music to pair with the visuals! I felt the emotions was really brought out and the overall mood of the video was achieved!

Today we have to privilege to work with the Glidetrack for White Antler’s video shoot! While there were some difficulties finding room to position the slider, we found it’s sliding Function really amazing. During our shoot we have attempted work some interesting angles to propel the story! We can’t wait to finish the shoot and expect a great video on its way!

Textural shots is always important to propel your video forward, they make great fillers or even establishing a scene for your story..

Here is one such texture shot that has blown my mind away, this shot was taken in a carpenter factory workshop, a sight that we don’t normally get exposed to. What I like about such shots is that it displays so much character and it’s imagery is so strong and impactful! We will definitely be looking forward to make a second trip down to document this in the near future!
